Request for Airport Transfer Service

I hope this email finds you well. My name is ” Man Yi Lai “and I have made a reservation at your hotel （two rooms） for [2025-3-16] to [2025-3-18].
I am writing to kindly request your assistance with arranging an airport transfer service for my group. We are a party of four person , and we will be arriving on 2025-3-16 at 1755 hrs by Airline （Hong Kong Express, The Flight Number ：UO 568）. Our arrival airport at Phu Quoc International Airport Cảng hàng không quốc tế Phú Quốc（PQC）.Could you please arrange a vehicle to pick us up from the airport and take us directly to your hotel ?
