I just made a reservation at your hotel via Expedia, on 17 October, for 1 night, 2pax, under my name Marina Yamane. (Res # 72931260840697)

I have 2 questions.
First, about airport transfer.
We would like to ask you pick up service from airport to your hotel on the check-in date, Oct-17.
Our flight no. is VJ331, arriving at the airport 2:20PM. Could you arrange the pick up service for us?

Also we would like to ask you about complimentary cable car tickets for 2 adults for Marina Yamane and Madoka Kayama. On the reservation confirmation email, it says you need our passport information. Do you need our passport number?
Please let me know which information you need for the cable car tickets.
